ChannelSight collaborated with large retailers (Amazon, Tesco, Walmart) and implemented a Buy Now widget on a product’s landing page. This helped shorten the customer journey from initial contact and acquisition. I interpreted the data in Tableau, constantly monitoring the accounts and held weekly meetings with clients in which we presented insights, recommendations, based on their performance.
